Regarding my career after masters; Over the past 8-years, I have been working in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Reason for joining this organization is to share the knowledge I have gained over the years and to grow alongside new talents and learn from them in return.

I personally believe that in future pharmaceutical industries and academic research labs will be more focused on personalized quality medicine/devices than ever before. Again, in medical devices recent MDR regulations updates have stringent biocompatibility requirements of implants for which biomimetics, and bioengineering have become more crucial than ever before. In the world of social media and communication, the quality, performance and safety of each piece of implant or medical device affects the brand value of the company. Good processes, practices and policies not only save money but help to develop a holistic culture of well-developed employees guarding a system and paving vision of future healthcare.
